Bandfilter TMP

Its developed for application with highly corrosive fluids like salt water and acids and is based on the TM design used for the stainless-steel filters. The bandfilter is made in polypropylene on all surfaces in contact with the fluid and is using filter paper for efficient filtration.

  • Waste water treatment

Features
Polypropylene construction
Its designed so all process fluids are only in contact with polypropylene materials, and only a few parts like gear motor, filter paper holder and electrical cabinet is not polypropylene.
Simple analog control panel with alarms
It is including electric control box for the sensors, gearmotor and alarms

Hydrostatic bandfilter
It’s designed with a deep-bed construction which causes hydrostatic pressure to build up and efficiently filtrate the medium.

Low filter paper consumption
The deep-bed construction makes it possible to have a high liquid level and thoroughly and its specially designed chain-conveyor construction lowers filter consumption and thickness.
Chain-conveyor
It’s with plastic chain-conveyor construction which means we are carrying the filter paper instead of pulling it which makes it able to operate with high volume and heavy-duty contaminants.

Overflow safety
Its with integrated overflow channel to avoid the process fluids reaching a too high level
Fluid manifold
Secures reliable distribution of the process fluids inside the bandfilter.
