Dansk Staalfilter becomes part of Anmasi in connection with generational change

It became a reality after the summer vacation that Danish Steel Filter Industry, which produces oil separators, band filters & central filtration systems, has now become part of Anmasi A/S.

This has happened in connection with a planned change of ownership where Jan Hedeby Sørensen has bought the shares of the former founder and co-owner Arnfred Bøvling.

The continued growth and future operation of the company will be carried out by co-owner Mads Bøvling-Kristensen and Jan Hedeby Sørensen, who together will drive the company in the right spirit with a focus on quality, innovation and design.
The first development will be the introduction of the new “Mini-cleaner” this spring.

What does it mean to you!

Dansk Staalfilter will continue to be run as an independent company where all design and production will be carried out at the factory in Kjellerup at Bjerringbro by Mads Bøvling-Kristensen.

All sales activities including website, trade shows, advertisement, customer contact and service will be handled by Anmasi A / S in Grindsted, which means that all machines supplied by Danish Steel Filter in the future will be delivered with Anmasi’s brand.

Further development

The first initiative in this regard is the development of the new Mini-Cleaner that will be introduced in the spring. This is a plant designed for small and medium-sized productions where a small oil separator is insufficient, but at the same time a larger central plant is too much compared to the customer needs.
This plant will be introduced for the first time at the Metav fair in Düsseldorf to February, where Anmasi is present with a stand of 55 m2.
